Huntooler Return Policy
We use secured payment gateways like Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc. We don't have direct access to customers' payment information, so we cannot charge customers without customers actively initiate payments. By the same token, we can only issue refunds through the payment gateways to the original payment methods.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt of the item(s).
We will provide a prepaid shipping label and issue a full refund after receiving the item if the item is not as described, is damaged, or is defective. If we have provided a shipping label but find no problems with the returned item, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
If there is no issue with the item but you do not want it, to get a full refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You also need to pay for the return shipping cost.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
Only items purchased directly from https://huntooler.com will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.
Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.

Returns made without receipt may be refused. Huntooler reserves the right to deny any return.
WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?
Did you receive a faulty unit, or the wrong product? Simply not satisfied with your order?
Pleasecontact our Customer Support teamto start the return process. Please include the following information:
Proof of purchase
Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
Complete delivery address
Contact telephone number
In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
HOW LONG IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the item is damaged due to your mistake or negligence, then we may approve a partial refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons incured by the customer
Shipping and handling fees are not refunded
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to to address provided to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All claims made under the One-Year Limited Warranty will be governed by the terms set out in this warranty document.
1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
The product purchased from Huntooler is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”), provided that the product is used in an appropriate manner. This warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts such as batteries and, damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty does not cover complimentary gifts sent by us. A defective product meeting the warranty conditions set forth herein will be replaced or repaired at no charge.
Huntooler does not warrant, represent or undertake that it will be able to repair or replace any Product under this warranty without risk to and / or loss of information and / or data stored on the Product. In no event shall Huntooler be liable for (a) loss or damage, which as of the product’s purchase cannot be regarded as being caused by Huntooler’ breach of these warranty terms; or (b) losses caused by the user’s fault, loss of data or loss of profits or benefits.
Any limitations of liability in this warranty document shall not apply to (i) death or personal injury pursuant to any mandatory law on product liability; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (iii) intentional misconduct or gross negligence; (iv) or a culpable breach of major contractual obligations. A damages claim based on a breach of major contractual obligations or gross negligence will be limited to foreseeable damage typical for the sale contract concerned.

If we determines that your Product is to be returned for repair or exchange, we will send you prepaid waybills. We will pay for shipping to and from your location.
If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, it shall be severed from this warranty and the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected.
This warranty is governed by and construed under the laws of the country in which the product purchase took place.
